Payground set out to disrupt the healthcare billing industry by consolidating all medical payments into one simple app, streamlining the process for patients and providers alike. The Payground team approached Anchour with a need for an elevated brand design, product design, and digital experience that would captivate and retain the attention of their target audience.
We set out to simplify Payground’s design language into scalable building blocks, revamp the messaging with benefits for both patients and providers, and redesign the digital products to reduce friction and maximize usability. Through these efforts, we transformed Payground into an approachable, useful, and human-friendly platform aligned with the goal of bringing humanity back to healthcare payments.
